Returns

Customer's satisfaction is our reputation for quality and excellent value.

  • If your items arrive damaged due to manufacturing defect, you must CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
  • If your items are damaged during transit, please contact UPS 1800-742-5877 or the USPS ( www.usps.com ).
  • In the event of a return, all items must have the original packaging and/or tags.  Please be aware when repackaging merchandise. 
  • Special order items are not returnable / refundable
  • All returns must have an RMA number.  Any merchandise returned without contacting us first will not be credited.
  • Please allow us 7~10 days return processing time after we receive the return package.
  • Returns are allowed for defective or damaged items only. A restocking fee may apply for returns that are not damaged or defective.
